Even if it is just a slightly longer walk each day, getting active will help your body put that cannabis and other medicine you might be taking to its optimal use. It will also help you better manage your condition.
Cannabis as sports medicine is absolutely coming soon. In the meantime, we believe that “regular” cannabis patients can benefit from tips on how to use the drug while exercising. Check with your doctor before beginning any new fitness regime. Chances are, however, if you mention this to your canna doctor, they will be highly supportive. Ask them for tips too.
